That so belongs on the "Ask a Dumb Question" thread. Yes he does! C'mon, people! Rick is a freaking DEMON for crying out loud! If he can take on minor deities on some worlds, then he can sure as hell take down an idiot superbot like Volgon. It'll be hell for Rock, Blues, X, Zero, and maybe even Cloud, but Rick probably won't have much if any trouble at all, unless Wade is another one of those freaks who's addicted to 180o polt-twists: we may have a problem then, as when you pull one of those, sometimes not even the AUTHOR knows what'll happen next!

From the looks of things (and the RA:L chapter list), the comic will jump between 21XX & the Materia Planet as the plot of the X series & that of FF7 progress.
This also shows you how absurdly complex the plot of an RPG is compared to a platformer game: Rock gets to quietly watch X grapple with Sigma over SIX games, but on the side, he has to help Cloud stop a power-hungry, half-alien psycho, all through the course of a SINGLE game! It's madness!
Wade, what did you mean by "real ones"? Did you mean our games or the "real-live" Megaman?
On that note, wouldn't it be funny if you had Rick stumble into OUR world & read your comics of him? Now that would be a recipe for mayhem if I ever thought of one! <laughs hysterically>

- Well, the fact that Rick is a demon doesn't necessarily mean he's stronger than Volgon. Like in previous posts, there's all sorts of dimensions with all kinds of different inherent abilities in them. By the end of the comic(s), and throughout the couple of stories that'll star Rick in'm you should get an ideal of what he's capable of. The brief scene in RA:Farmer Rick will shed a bit more light on the situation for ya.
- Rick won't die in the comic, otherwise he wouldn't be around in RA:Farmer Rick since it takes place a few centuries or so after RA:Legends.
- By "Real" ones, Rick meant the actual Megaman rather than his games. Rick has played/met multiple instances of both since timestreams and parallel dimensions create numerous instances of people/things/places. "Earth" based worlds possess the largest number since it was the first created after the concept of timestreams and parallel dimensions were made. Thus what's simply a game/fairy tale/legend in one one world (ei: Megaman video games to us), it's a given that somewhere in other dimensional planes that the scenario is a reality.
Many people in this world are like slinkies... only entertaining when you push them down some stairs.

DarkEmp: Personally no, but by the laws of Parody there's nothing to stop ya.
FZ: Because Volgon can't break the speed of light without his ship and he can't teleport that far. You'll see what's the big deal with the relics later. Lastly because when going 100+ times the speed of light in his ride, the galaxy still a very very very very big.
(Any responses to the above questions belong in the RA:Legends thread.)
