The fight bar is a LOT cooler than a dinky 4-digit timer. Good thinking. And putting in a bus would be good. Wait, is it gonna be in motion as well?

there's a start of stage fall-through bug at the start of the last stage of shin's level. really annoying, plus that was my last life when i found it.
might be a little hard to find, i went throught that stage without complaints earlier.

Hey Wade, why don't you put a police car in between the 2 speeders? After all, you said you were thinking about giving them a ticket, so why not go halfway through with it? ;D

just finished extensively testing roll's stage (why roll's? it's well balanced, fun, and i LOVE the music) and found no bugs. i really like how you did the hover mechs. it is, as it should be, possible to beat them with no damage taken, however they are insanely hard to beat until you find the weak spot. the only problem is that they're impossible to hit from their weak spot with roll.

Just use charged shots: those are big enough to hit the thing.

yes, i suppose it works... takes such a d@mn long time, though.
i beat the crab force with no life remaining! booyah!
crab force strategy:
1: kill the black crab. you'll take a lot of damage at this point, but don't be overly defensive. avoid hitting any of the crabs, as they hurt a lot.
2: kill yellow. just stand on the ground and shoot. dodge a bit, but don't put too much effort into it.
3: kill blue. blue is merely an annoyance, with his teleport. he should go down quite fast, since you hit him a lot killing yellow.
4: shoot the flying crabs. run from one side to the other, jump, shoot. avoid red's shots. expect about 1 heart of damage.
5: swear at the CT.
6: die at the ubergodmoder crab's hands.

I see the thing about the 2 cars going in opposite directions... how the he** are you supposed to make that jump with KZ? looks impossible.
As for remarks for baddies. Red Dino Tank: All that agressive firepower caught me off guard... nice addition.
Mech: That gave me a startle at first sight. Not a bad biggun.
Snowman: WHAT A SISSY FOR A BIGGUN! That thing can't aim AND it's pathetically easy to dodge. Threat rating. 1/10.

Do you remember what happened when Anon mocked the King Crab for being weak?! Tone the taunt down a little! You don't want Wade to turn ANOTHER enemy into a god-modding hellraiser, do you?

Were you standing just outside of its range? There IS a tiny margin of screen where you can shoot it, but it can't fight back.
In other news, I just did something crazy: I went through Blazing Beat without firing a single shot. I had almost zero health left at the end (game kept spawning swarms of Bee Drones), but I got through. Try it yourself: it's run dodging all the baddies' shots & ram attacks. ;D

Not all monsters are designed to hunt and kill you instantly. These are simply stage enemies. There'll be bosses soon enough. I'd rant about how I'm sick with everyone whining about simple stage enemies being easy, but I won't. It's simple enough to know...
STAGE ENEMY DOESN'T EQUAL BOSS.
They never have, they never will.

there's qactually quite a delay between the shot being fired, aimed at your position as of the shot being fired, and the shot coming down on you. you can dash in there as cyan and kill it before the shots hit you.
the snowman does aim, it has two weak spots, and <name removed> is insulting Wade's nice aiming AI.
and i'm being forced to type with one hand. a lot.
just adding back all the useful info that was deleted. please do not delete.
and i do know what a pm is, i just don't notice them right away.

shin's stage... there's that fallthrough bug i beleive i mentioned above. a bug in part 7 at the top of the incling where you can't walk onto the top, and a bug in part 13 where you can stick to the wall right after the hidden spot and right before the second long drop. there's actually quite a few of these all over the place, maye change the z-order or something. i dunno.

I think I know the wall bug Anon's talking about, Wade. There's one in Tami's stage where you can get locked between falling & standing on 2 different places of the wall with the hidden aclove. Hell, I've even gotten the girls to do their standing attacks in those spots if I timed it right. B.R.: Wade, you need to just admit you made a goofup & work on fixing it.

Actually I want to add some kind of lever/lock thing into here, though it'll probably wait until MMNR or be in a bonus stage or something.
== Update ============================= Just a dinky one...
- Roll's stage is done. - Shin's stage p15 has been adjusted - Blazing Beat's up to v2.2

You are an evil man... but I like it. Roll's second stage half is awesome, truly defining Fortress-level difficulty. Or at least, being more like a fortress stage in its numerous devices and evilly plotted lightnings...
And I only have GM to blame for how room 15 looks in Shin's stage, although it's still MUCH easier than it was before.

Can't see any differences in Blazing Beat, but I got a strange idea. ENDBOSS! Put a supped-up BeeCopter at the end! Basically, a normal BeeCopter, except, instead of trying to get close to you, it stays on the right side of the screen, moving up and down and releasing Bees as normal. And... it fires horizontal shots.

Hmm, true. But why couldn't you've made the center car a police vehicle, Wade? It would've looked cool, and added a bit of funny factor to that area!
And having a modifed Bee Tank for a BB boss would actually work: the King Crab's getting more than enough coverage as it is IMHO.

Well there's going to be another Beat stage based on Gradius, Life Force, or one of those kinda shooters. Then I was debating on having the wonderful 30 stories of Bolt Blaster be a special Boss-fight of sorts like Gamma.

Hmm, a massive Godmech 10 times bigger than the largest boss in all MMC history... **If you can't figure it out, I mean Gamma: he's a whopping 2-3 stories tall.**
Roll Light VS Abbadon/Bolt Blaster
That has a nice ring to it. I like it!
