VX, eh? Interesting choice. It seems to be the more popular one over XP these days, with good reasoning. Sure, it doesn't have the depth of scripting capability, but the built-in components, and what customizability options it does offer, offer different possibilities. And it seems the more fitting choice, too. That, and spriting is easier. Can never forget that.

Actually spent a good few hours tinkering in it yesterday. Quite a fun lil program. Has come leaps and bounds since the dinky version I had on regular playstation. Just gotta learn how to do a sideview battle system, active time battles and swap character images for when Ryu transforms.
