End of that first level was cheesy in my opinion... destroy a certain number of pumped up enemies. No boss.

I've beaten that game, I was reduced to no lives, but that game felt easier than before. the 3-D graphics were good. overall I'd give this game a 4/5. Great Game To Play.

Hey. I'll take a guess that Megaman Next 2 will be based on the NES gameplay, since I played the sample and you don't jump on walls, yet the graphics is far beyond the graphics of a typical NES Megaman. Have you made all your 8 Maverick bosses yet Maelstormm? I have some good ones that I can share with you: Doorknobman Slowman Crackman Eraseman (They're just suggestions. You don't have to use them.) ;D

There's no 8 mavericks in this one, it's completely different from any of Capcom's games usual game/plot mechanics. It's not a sequel to MMN in the gameplay sense, just it's story concept.

Ohh. So basically, the entire game will be like what the Wily stages from the NES Megaman sequal is like? The entire game will be linear? How unique. One problem though. What if there's people out there that does not like the mechanic of this episode and prefers the game mechanic of MM1 or MMX1 just like the original NES Megaman games? I mean, if you do this, you're like altering the mechanic of Megaman into a linear game like Castlevania or Super Mario, where people cannot make choices with levels. What about special weapons with this episode? Are there going to be any? This is like changing the Megaman game spirit, man.

It's only the intro. You never get any weapons during the intro. Plus, Wily's not in this game, so that means unless the Metal Gear terrorist group worked with him in the past, they won't have Robot Masters for Rock to steal weapons from. It's BOUND to be somewhat different unless Rock brings some Master Weapons with him in the game.

Yeah, but, aren't the MM series from Megaman 1-8 considered as "Mavericks" (since they all have the name "man" at the end), and the MMX series from Megaman X 1-7 considered as "Robot masters"? Since the future game Wade is making is called Megaman Next 2 (full version) without the X in the name, I'm guessing that it's based on the Megaman series (1-8) so the bosses will be called Mavericks that has the name "man" at the end. Oh yeah, I got some more good names to share with you: (You don't really have to use them) Batman (bat as in baseball bat) Nuclearman Smartman Anonymousman ;D

No, your a bit mixed up. In MM there were robot masters (all with "man" at the end of their names). In MMX there were mavericks (mostly in the form of animals).

No 8 bosses. There's only going to be about 4-5 actual levels to it. It's strictly linear, though given the filesize's, each stage/cutscene will be playable individually in any order (though if you want them to make sense, preferably play them in order).
The gameplay I'm aiming for is a 2D platform game like 'Gunstar Heroes' for the Sega Genesis. Though the game's engine will be a bit more restricted due to my coding ability and what Flash can do.
This game isn't meant to follow up on anything Capcom does in their games. It's more filler for my comic to continue fleshing out the characters after MMN's plot and before Rick arrives on the scene in the comic.

OIC. You don't intend to follow the original capcom megaman series, so you make it different with no eight bosses. So you're going to add Rick into your future projects?

My Mega and Capcom's are different peeps. They happen to reside in parallel dimensions (ei: same cast, but different scenarios). There's going to be a funny scene in RA:Legends where Rick takes Mega to what would be our parallel and shows him Capcom's Megaman games to freak him out.
As for Rick. As long as it takes place in my parallel universe and after his arrival, then he'll be in there ^_^ This game takes place pror to his arrival so you won't be seeing him in here.

Nope, Rick won't be in this game at all at any point. He's off working a part time job selling kittens on another dimensional plane.

Nah, Rick wouldn't care about selling kittens despite being a uber demon. Gotta remember that with an infinite number of dimensional planes that the definition/behavior of things can vary radically between them. So angels may be good on one dimension, whereas on another they may be the incarnation of evil, or an entire reality can appear like a cartoon. Rick's particular type of demon, come in a variety of different forms, behaviors, abilities, and alignments.
