<<< Objective >>> The basics are still pong-ish. Bounce the little star-ball against the right hand side to score a point. First to 5 wins. HOWEVER, you and your opponent can fire at the star-ball thingy to bounce it around without it ever touching your paddle. Over time the star-ball's speed will begin to increase making it trickier for you and your opponent to keep up.

Alrighty, stuff been changed (see first post). Got 5 levels coded in now. The general plan is that every level will have 5 sections. The 5th section will the boss (aka: big/quick hyper cannon using mofo). There's a total of 14 guns now (7 normal + 7 hyper). You can increase your ship size and speed a total of 4 more times. Your powerups will remain through the individual stage sections, but will be reset to the defaults upon defeating the boss and reaching the next level.
Many people in this world are like slinkies... only entertaining when you push them down some stairs.

Wade, I've found an extremely nasty bug that needs correction A.S.A.P.: whenever you first start the game, neither your paddle nor its shots can touch the ball, and it'll go straight through them right off the bat, effectively giving the AI a 1-point handicap. You may like to think that you're "evil", but this is NOT something that people would tolerate.
Short version of the above statement: the collision data for the player doesn't load fast enough, allowing the AI to always get the first point.
First dragons, and now pizzas. What next?! <FACEPALM> >_<
